Baby Killer

Recently Jon Venables was brought back to prison under undisclosed charges. For those who dont know his name, when he was 10 years old he and a friend brutally murdered a 2 year old boy. Both boys were sent to places of incarciration. When released they were given new identities as a way to start life over and to move on from the past.  I have to say I think some people cannot be reformed. In the cases of feral children, not one child has been transformed into a "normal functioning member of society." Its been proven that minds absorb the most information between the ages of 3-6 so unless we catch every potential criminal during that time period, unfortunately things will remain the same. Of course I'm speaking generally but pre-meditated murderers should not be let out. They knew what they were doing and the knew the seriousness of their actions. They took a human life regardless of what age they were when they did it. Those two boys knew right from wrong and didn't care so why should we? They turned their back on the rules so the thought of a second chance never should have happened.
